* Job description
– Responsible for receptionist, clerical and administrative work: handling of official dispatches, issuance of documents, printing of photo and documents, registration documents of certificates.
– Jobs related to procurement of office assets, equipment, office tools and supplies
– Monitoring kitchen quality and environmental sanitation
– Other jobs related to administration at the request of the Head of Department and the Leadership
* Requirements
– Agile, meticulous, hard-working
– Knowledgeable of software including Microsoft Word, Excel
– Graduated in administrative majors or related fields with College degree or higher
– No experience required, trained during work
